1997 Seaward 23 (carbon fibre spar version) with 25 inch wing keel and Performance single axle trailer with 8 hp Honda outboard. Single owner since new. Hull sealed with two coats of VC-Tar.
Family oriented "cruiser" with a good turn of speed. Well balanced boat and stable in all conditions. Includes mainsail with three sets of reef points with 100% jib (2000), and 57% jib (2002) all in good condition. Main (original with boat) serviced by North Sails Vancouver and deemed last year to be still in very good condition. Jibs produced by North Sails, Vancouver.
Proven "singlehander" with just over 2700nm on the knotlog all done on Lake Wabuman. 2002 carbon fibre spar by GMT Composites of Bristol Rhode Island. (see: GMTcomposites.com).
Boat is very well maintained!
Trailer maintenance by McKay Brothers, Edmonton. Includes HONDA 8hp outboard maintained yearly by Honda technicians since new. Suitable interior space for two adults and two young children.
Forward V-berth fits one tall adult weighing 200+ lbs. Long main berth settee for second adult. Brass water hand action pump, plow anchor with chain and 200 ft. of rode, boarding ladder, Origo single burner stove.

Reflection seeking new Owners - posted February 17th, 2012
Reflection is a Tanzer 26 Mark II and fits well at Lake Wabamun. She is big enough for comfortable weekend living, and small enough that the mast can be put up/down by a few pairs of hands. It is strongly and well built, carries the sails well in the wind, can be singlehandedly sailed like a big dinghy and is highly effective on the race course. Upgraded interior including V-berth and galley, cooler stowage, two burner propane stove, barbecue, port-a-potty, CD sound system, excellent ground tackle, and so on, Reflection is fully self-reliant off the dock, and a very enjoyable learning platform for most of the skills needed for comfortable and confident cruising on the Coast.
A few other extras particular to Reflection include a good sail inventory, spinnaker gear,

1979 Sprinta Sport 23 - posted April 11th, 2012
Mamati is a 23 foot sloop designed by Dehler with a Kevlar hull reinforced with aluminum tubing connecting the keel and shrouds. The 7/8 fractional rigged mast is keel stepped. She has been sailed in fresh water her whole life.
Equipment includes a full set of sails (main with two reefing points, jib, genoa and spinnaker), a two track headfoil for quick sail changes, main and running backstays, a 5hp long shaft outboard (new in 2009) and a single axle trailer.
